What I thought:

Invisibobble Sprunchie

I have always used the original invisibobbles and I absolutely love them. I find that they hold my hair really well without being too tight and it’s gentle on my locks as it doesn’t pull or damage my hair. I really like this design, the sprunchie is made from good quality material that is soft and very comfortable to wear. It’s fashionable as well as practical!

Dr Botanicals Lemon All in One Rescue Butter

I’m a big fan of the Dr Botanicals range and this rescue butter works really well and smell super delicious! It’s really versatile and can be used on different parts of the body, I’ve been using it to moisturise the driest parts of my body so my elbows and knees and it’s doing a great job keeping them soft and hydrated.

Woo Woo Cranberry Wipes

These wipes were designed to clean and soothe your downstairs area, whether you have a surprise visit from aunty flow, about to get lucky or in need of a quick freshen up, they’re very effective but still gentle on the skin. I like that they’re biodegradable and flushable which makes disposing of them very easy and they smell lovely and fruity too!

Tribemasks Hand Sanitiser

Given our current circumstances hand sanitiser is a must have essential at the moment. My husband is a key worker working on the frontline helping to treat patients with Covid-19 so it was only right to give him this hand sanitiser to use. He said the spray bottle was much more effective and preferable to the squeezy bottle he’d been using, it’s ideal for cleansing your hands on the go and he noticed it has a fresh scent to it too.

Coconut Lane Hair Mask Palm PWR

My hair is in desperate need of a trim and some TLC but as I can’t go to the salon the salon can come to me. I wasn’t expecting much from this sachet but I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it worked, after just one use my hair feels so nourished and light! It feels more hydrated than it has in weeks, and super soft and smooth, especially after blow drying and styling.

Foamie Hibiscus Shampoo Bar

Great plastic-free alternative to normal shampoo with a lovely sweet floral scent. I found it a little difficult to get the bar to lather up, but with a little effort and plenty of water I managed it. I like the shape which is ideal for holding in your wet hand, and it has a handy cord so that you can hang it up following use.

Project Lip Scrub

I’m a regular user of lips scrubs as my lips are often quite dry. This whipped lip scrub is great for exfoliating without being too rough or abrasive and has a much more affordable price tag compared to others I’ve used. It’s oil based so leaves lips feeling soft and kissable and has a gorgeous fruity smell to it. A little also goes a long way!

BYBI Plumper Lip Balm

First time using this brand and I’ve got to say I really like it. I’ve used a few plumpers in the past and some have really hurt, this is not painful to wear at all, it just has a slight tingle to it. I did struggle to get it out of the tube as it’s very thick, but once I got it out and onto my lips it melts very easily without leaving them feeling tacky or sticky. I wouldn’t say I noticed much plumping, but it is very hydrating and has a delicate minty scent to it that is nice.

Skinny Tan Instant Tanner

I am lucky enough to have been born with natural tanned skin so have never considered using tanning products before. I usually gift tanning items from boxes to friends who will make use of them. On my unboxing I said I would perhaps try some on a part of me that isn’t as exposed to the sun however, I haven’t felt brave enough to test this out just yet!

Sleek MakeUP Major Morphosis Lip Strobe – Wild Thoughts

I have a couple of lip toppers that I love using and this is just as good! It adds the right amount of shimmer that you can easily wear on an everyday basis without it being too in your face. I’m quite impressed on how much I liked this product, it was long wearing, not too sticky and also has a lovely vanilla scent to it that I found pleasant.

The Balm ‘Read My Lips’ Lipgloss – GRRR!

I’m not really a lip gloss wearer, I much prefer matte liquid lipsticks but I did like the feel of this gloss. It wasn’t sticky like I imagined it would be and the pigment is subtle which was a nice compliment to my natural lip colour.

The Balm ‘Batter Up’ Eyeshadow Stick – Slugger

This gorgeous dark purple shadow stick is highly pigmented and applies on effortlessly. The formula is very creamy which makes it very easy to blend out if you want the colour more dispersed and it’s super easy and quick to apply.

GlossWorks Nail Varnish – Raspberry Parade

I’m not the best at applying nail varnish but I do enjoy wearing it plus, it’s a colour I would pick myself – it’s lovely and bright. I prefer quicker drying formulas than this one as I’m quite impatient and end up smudging the paint. I painted my nails yesterday so it’s too soon to comment on how long it wears but there’s no chips so far!

Woo Woo ‘Tame IT’ Hair Removal Cream

If you don’t like waxing and you get irritated skin from shaving then this is a brilliant alternative to sorting out your lady garden! You apply, wait several minutes then using a sponge wash off, it’s so satisfying to see the hairs being removed as you wipe away! Afterwards, my intimate area feels smooth and I didn’t experience any redness or irritation so it receives top marks!

SMUG Sleep Mask

First thoughts on this mask is that it looks like a bra designed for the eyes lol. This mask is a really good fit and sits on the eyes comfortably blocking out light and any distractions that might be going on around you aiding in a good night’s sleep. The dome design allows for eye movement and prevents damage to extensions and natural lashes and it has an adjustable velcro strap so it doesn’t slip off.

Real Techniques Custom Brush

I love RT brushes, I have a few of them and I’m very happy to add this brush to my collection. You can adjust the brush depending on what area you want to contour and how much coverage you want to apply and the bristles are soft and fluffy. I love that it is retractable and is suitable to use with cream, liquid or powders.

This box is the perfect pick me up treat I needed during lockdown, it’s packed full of exciting brands and products I couldn’t wait to test out! My favourite products have got to be the lip scrub and the RT brush! I’m really blown away with just how much you get, I really wasn’t expecting so many items but it was definitely a nice surprise! I think the price is very reasonable, especially when the contents are worth over twice what you pay. So, if you’re in dire need of a pamper or know someone who could do with one, I highly recommend this box!
