Roccabox Limited Edition Box Review by Mel – March 2020

For any of you who watch my unboxing’s or read my reviews, Roccabox is a box I am kindly gifted every month by Tia, founder and CEO! Usually I review their Monthly box, but this is a very special Limited Edition Box!

I am genuinely so grateful for this extra box, I talk a lot about Roccabox and how much I love it. It makes me happy to see so many of our members ordering it on the back of my recommendations. I would never say something was amazing unless it was, I am not paid for my reviews, they are honest and impartial. I am a huge supporter of Small Businesses and will continue to promote them as I have always done.

The inside of the lid has the quote ‘The Beauty Box that’s more than just skin deep’. The great thing about Beauty boxes for me is that they are a treat to ourselves that we DO deserve. Roccabox is affordable, and will bring a smile to your face when delivered.

Speaking of delivery, this arrived via Royal Mail, and is always covered in a durable pink mailing bag to protect it from the elements. I genuinely thought that my April box had arrived early, right up until I opened the bag! What a lovely surprise!

If you missed my unboxing, you can either watch it back on our Facebook Group or by clicking play below on our YouTube Channel…

What is inside?

Total Box Value = £80.82!!

How much does it cost?

So, I have received the Water Limited Edition Box, there are also Air, Earth and Fire. These cost just £25 each so offer fantastic value. If you really want to, you can just order by the contents, for example which palette you prefer?! Or order a couple?

Time to try out the treats…

Vitamasques Rose Gold Hydroglow Cream

Well this contains the all important skin saviour! Infused with Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Pearl Powder this moisturiser contains an anti-inflammatory action, which is designed to combat redness whilst providing your skin with a source of hydration and a naturally dewy finish.

I love the Rose Gold tint, I have not been seeing too much Sunshine this last week due to being very unwell. I am on the mend now thankfully and I have been back on my skincare routine with this addition to my daily products. The packaging is also very catching!

Chocolate Horlicks

I wasn’t overly excited about this at first, but I have been unable to eat for days and wanted something to soothe my throat so I reached for this. It is seriously delicious. I even sent my other half to the local shop in hope of a full jar. He could not find it but came back with the normal Horlicks and some chocolate powder to make something similar, bless him. I will definitely be buying more when I can find some.

Vitamasques Sapphire Face Mask

This is actually blue! I am a bit of a sheet mask addict, so I have tried these before but I had the emerald one. I was happy to try out another. My skin is suffering from not getting enough daylight, this was a welcome repair and relax session.

In Your Dreams Glitter Highlighter

I am not a huge fan of highlighters so I have not tested this, but I know a young lady who is going to be happy when this lockdown is over so she can have it! I have never heard of the brand before, I love the packaging too.

The Beauty Crop Stargazing Eyeshadow Palette

Saving the best until last of course. This is insatiable! I just cannot stop staring at those colours! I am ordinarily not that brave with colour, but these were just begging to be tested. I am definitely no MUA but I do know the difference between good and bad makeup. The pigment on this has blown me away. For a £20 palette I have tried ones twice the price and less impressive! Now let me out of the house to a party please?!

My Verdict?

I would love to see more of these Boxes, different themes or even a Brand focus box? Well done to Roccabox who I applaud time and time again. You seem to really blossom continuously. I have never received a box that I have not loved.

These would also make a wonderful gift for someone who is self isolating or having to stay at home in these trying times. Why not make someone’s day? This certainly made mine!
