Ink Drops Stationery Review by Mel – October 2019

Thank you to the lovely Carla and Anastasia for sending me the October edition of Ink Drops Stationery. For all of you Stationery addicts, this really is a mix of everything. I always find items in this subscription that I use in my day to day life. I have been using the pink notepad from last month’s box every day at work!

This Subscription for me teams fun, organisation, and convenience. Do I have the time to shop for most of these items? Very rare! It also means that I always have some essential stationery items to hand just when I need them. It is letterbox friendly for most of you (my letterbox is too small), so most of the time you won’t need to be home for Mr/Mrs Postie.

This Months edit arrived via Royal Mail in the usual boxelope (Box Envelope), and when you open that there is a further envelope inside which looks like this…

If you missed my live unboxing on our Facebook Group then click on the link to go there, or click play below to watch back on our YouTube Channel…

How much will it cost?

Just £15 including postage, delivered!

There is no minimum term on a subscription, and it is simple to cancel via PayPal. You can also buy their monthly edits as a one-off via the online shop.

What is inside this Month?

The colours literally pop, no editing needed for these photos!…

  • A fabulous shake it and it sparkles Birthday card.
  • A cute and quirky A6 notebook featuring a very happy cactus and some stationery of its own.
  • A pen made from recycled soda cans. Pretty and sustainable.
  • A gorgeous kawaii pencil case featuring better weather than we’ve had here for a while.
  • A very sweet mini floral card with a scrapbook design.

Birthday Card

I love this, it has stars inside and when you shake it they move around. Can I just write it out to myself? It is my birthday on 28th October after all!?

Mini Greetings Card

The mini cards I am a fan of. Perfect for adding to a gift box or a thank you note to someone. The multi use ones are the best as you can use them for so many reasons. It is good to be kind!

Kawaii Pencil Case

This will help me to keep all of my pens together at work, it is just big enough to fit in my top drawer. This is cheery enough for a Monday morning after a Sunday lie in. Kawaii designs are always so cute and cheerful.

Pen made from recycled Soda Cans

I never knew there was such a thing! I applaud people who come up with inventions that reduce our carbon footprint. Pens really are one of those items we use and throw away, so this is great. Every little change we make really does contribute. I will have to seek out more of these.

Cactus A6 notebook

Yay! My current one is running out of pages. I got my last mini notebook from Ink Drops too! This is beautiful quality and really fun and bright. Organised is my happy place.

My Verdict?

My favourite item from this Months edit is the Cactus notebook. I love small notebooks that I can fit into my handbag. I work full time, renovating a house and have 2 crazy kids. I need to be organised and am forever making notes of things to remember. The funky design is an added bonus!

I genuinely look forward to my Ink Drops delivery each month, sometimes it is nice just to enjoy useful items that I use each day, rather than spending every night with a different facemask on. If you are a Stationery Addict, then this is one I highly recommend you subscribe to. You really cannot go wrong for just £15 each month delivered.

It is definitely worth browsing their Website for gift ideas, they have a Mini Subscription priced at just £30 for 3 months. There are themed bundles such as I love to be beside the Seaside (£13.50), and I Love Fairytales (£7).

It is also worth checking out their Blog. Lots of Articles have been written by the owners of this Subscription!

Thank you as always for reading, you can subscribe via the link below, or follow Ink Drops on their Social Media…
