BathBox Review by Sam – December 2017

I was so excited when I found out I would be reviewing this again, its hands down one of my favourite subscription boxes!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Ryan from Bath Box for sending me this box to review again, And for the exclusive discount code BBJAN giving you 10% off!
These are limited though so be quick!
BathBox sends you 5 gorgeous bath items in a carefully curated box; all the products are sourced in the UK, vegan friendly & cruelty free. If you thought it couldn’t get better than that your wrong! Each one has a different theme this month it was CHRISTMAS.
I was so excited when the royal mail lady rocked up at my door Christmas tunes playing from her van. The boxes always smell divine and even she couldn’t resist giving the candy cane scented box a sniff, hahaha.
If you missed my super sparkly live unboxing you can catch it here, and give me a cheeky like.

Right let’s delve into this cracking Crimbo Box!
Inside the box was the most stunning tartan tissue paper sealed with the BathBox logo sticker.
Carefully pealing that back I was met with a forest of green shredding scented of candy canes, underneath was
Christmas Tree Bath Bomb from Ramsbottom Soap Co
This has more sparkle than the North Pole!
As soon as I dropped this in the bath it erupted into a cinnamon scented glitter tornado. When in the bath I took on form of a sparkly mermaid (apparently) and managed to de sparkle easily before I got out. It was so much fun to have green glitter dancing around me and certainly put me in the Christmas spirit.
Candy cane Bath Bomb from Ramsbottom Soap Co
This has to be one of the strongest smelling bath bombs I have ever come across. This not only scented out the box, and the Royal Mail van it filled my house with the scent of Christmas. My son even walked in and asked if I’d been making candy canes lol. This fizzed amazingly whizzing round my bath dispersing candy cane colours in a peppermint scented blast. It left my water the most gorgeous shade of pink and helped clear my sinuses! Leaving me refreshed and ready to tackle the Christmas food shopping.
Snowflake Mini Soaps x 2
These reminded me of slush puppies.
They not only smelt good enough to eat they also shimmer and glisten in the light.
These look amazing in my bathrooms and add a lil’ festive joy to hand washing, my little girl will now use any excuse to wash her hands in the sparkly slush puppy bubbles.
Snowflake soap bar from Ramsbottom Soap Co
Warning kids may try to eat this!
It smells like a yummy fruity ice cream…. yes ice cream. It lathers into a sweet smelling cream and leaves you smelling gorgeous. Iv actually had compliments and people asking where I got this from because it smells so delicious.
Lavender Bath Salts
These vibrant blue salts come in a test tube. The scent is strong and a little goes a long way.
These were perfect after a long Christmas shopping and wrapping session, I literally felt the stress melt away and was left calm and relaxed. That’s saying something as it’s no easy job for any treat to accomplish in a busy mums stressful life especially in the run up to Christmas.
Rose gold Butter Bomb bonus item
If you follow bath box on instagram or Facebook occasionally posts pop up where you can nab yourself an extra item in your BathBox. This smelt Devine and left my skin silky smooth with a rose gold glisten.
What do I think?
As you all know I am completely honest with my reviews if something is rubbish I will tell you. This is hands down one of my favourite subscription boxes. I honestly don’t think I could ever be disappointed with it! It makes relaxing… well relaxing! Even my daughter is now subbed to it!
It’s not another black eyeliner to throw on the pile and you got no chance of any of the items going up for swaps or sales on BoXession, the only way to get your hand on them is to subscribe. It’s pure bliss and I feel sorry for anyone who hasn’t discovered BathBox yet, you honestly need this in your life.

Who would love it?
I will happily recommend this box to anyone who has a bath!! I mean who doesn’t want to smell good enough to eat and sparkle? I literally have not stopped taking about it.You can’t beat a good relaxing bath and this box takes it to the next level.
This box would make the most amazing gift for the young and the old. Even Wagnar’s wife loves it!
Is it worth it?
Even without me pricing it up yes it’s £8.99 with code BBJAN or £9.99 normally (plus £2.99 P&P). I can’t walk into any bath beauty shop and walk out with 5 items for that price. 1 bomb is usually half the price of the whole box!
