I was so excited when Mel told me I would be receiving The Mystery Gift Box to review, and as I always do I started searching the internet and social media platforms for as much information I could find. I want to say Thank you to Ryan and the team at The Mystery Gift Box for sending this box to me it is as if you have been spying on me via my social media profiles (haha). So anyway my box was delivered via Royal Mail, it was wrapped in two layers of film wrap to protect it from the forever changing weather and everything arrived safely thanks to the box being well packaged with plenty of tissue paper inside protecting the products.
If you missed my live unboxing you can watch it here…

I received the £25 mystery subscription gift box for her, and I was so blown away with everything that was in it! So now let’s take a look at what I received and their RRP value.
£25 Mystery Subscription Gift Box
(if you order your products may not be the same)
- Danielle Face Masks – Variety pack – 5 Pack £10.47
- POPABALL Blueberry & Lemon Duo Pack £3.99
- Patisserie de Bain Cranberries & Cream Tartlette £4.99
- Bottled Up Prosecco Rose Scented Candle In Bottom Of Wine Bottle £8.79
- Be A Flamingo In A Flock Of Pigeons Mug £6.99
So the box content has a RRP of £35.23 (I don’t know if all subscription boxes will have this RRP I think some may be more or less). If I had bought this box I would have saved at very least £10.23 Not including the delivery costs from buying the products individually.
Now let’s take a closer look at each product I received
Danielle Face Masks – Variety pack – 5 Pack £7.99
I was so excited when I pulled these out the box as I’m a massive Korean Beauty addict, but I must admit I have never heard of this brand nor can I find much information online about them being a Korean brand. The 5 masks have different properties and only need to be left on for 15 minutes. I personally love the hydrate and Brightening Vitamin C masks. These masks have plenty of goodness as they are very creamy/wet with plenty left to pat in after you remove the mask.
POPABALL Blueberry & Lemon Duo Pack £3.99
I love bubble tea so I was excited to see these as they are similar, you can mix them into your Gin, Prosecco, milkshakes and nearly any drink you want (I tried it with my Hendricks gin and in a glass of water). I am like a big kid with fun products like this I loved bursting the balls as much as I love popping bubble wrap. The flavours were so lovely, but not overpowering. Perfect complement to any drink and so I’m going to order some for Christmas as I know my mum will have a ball with them but I will need to leave out the detail of the balls being made with seaweed extract (haha). You also get a straw in this duo set perfect for sucking up those fruity balls.
Patisserie de Bain Cranberries & Cream Tartlette £4.99
This was a set of two bath tartlettes that not only look amazing but also smell so good and they contain Shea Butter & Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter to help moisturise your skin making you feel soft as a babies bum. They fizz in your bath while releasing the beautiful fragrance and a little bit of colour.
Bottled Up Prosecco Rose Scented Candle In Bottom Of Wine Bottle £8.79
I love this candle as it comes in the bottom of a wine bottle and smells like fresh pink roses on a warm summer’s day. The colour is like pink cotton candy and the candle is massive so it’s safe to say it will last a good while.
Be a Flamingo in A flock of Pigeons Mug £6.99
I loved this mug the moment I saw it as the saying on it is hilarious “Be A Flamingo In A Flock Of Pigeons” also the size is perfect for a good cuppa tea or coffee. I love that it can keep the heat a little longer than some but obviously not for ages. I think the design is gorgeous.
My Final Verdict
If I had paid £25 for this I would have been over the moon, and I am definitely considering ordering some for my family as hunting down gifts when they say “I don’t know, or I don’t want anything for Christmas” sends me loopy as I get so stressed trying to think what to buy; but I think this would help. I loved this box so much and it was fun to unbox as well as test out the products. I want the Harry Potter and Star Wars one-off boxes. If I had to rate out of 10 I would say 10 out of 10.
I hope you all enjoyed reading my review,
