What I thought:

Each box comes beautifully packaged & sealed and includes a contents card detailing the products I have received and a helpful booklet with suggestions and recipes on how to use some of the items in my box. I find this so helpful as many of the products are new to me, so it makes it so much easier to plan ahead and use as the recipes are readily available.

Pep & Lekker Seed Snacks – Cumin & Nigella Seed

I do love a savoury snack and these cumin and nigella seed snacks hit just the right spot! With over 40% seeds, so they’re a great source of plant protein and fibre A nice treat to enjoy on its own or as an accompaniment to soups, salads and dips. Surprisingly light, crunchy, moreish and extremely filling!

Deliciously Ella Peanut Butter & Cacao Balls

Definitely my favourite product in the box! They have a soft, sweet and crunchy texture and made with only 6 natural ingredients. Mostly tastes of dates with a nutty aftertaste. They’re so delicious and filling and you know they’re not filled with nasties!

Vegan| Gluten Free

GB Chew Healthy Slice – Apricot, Orange & Goji

I loved the sound of this bar, as there are not many that mix apricot, orange and goji together. It has a slightly more denser texture than normal bars but overall the bar was a little too sweet for me, although still a healthier alternative to a cereal bar.

Hambleden Herbs Organic Hibiscus Tea Bags

I really enjoy drinking tea, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a whole box of hibiscus tea in this month’s box! The tea has a distinctive deep reddish-purple colouring and has a fragrant aroma. It tastes fresh, with a sweet berry flavour which makes it an enjoyable herbal tea to drink at any time of the day. I like that these teabags are individually wrapped too, so it seals in the freshness.

Blue Dinosaur Paleo Bar – Macadamia and Lemon

I am always looking for healthy snacks to have in between my breakfast and lunch as I tend to get hungry and don’t want to keep snacking on fruit or junk. This bar was perfect to help me get through to lunch, it is deliciously sweet and nutty and has a lovely citrus zing to it.

Vegan| Gluten Free| No Added Sugar| Nothing Artificial

Instinct Bites Freeze Dried Fruit Snack – Kiwi Apple

A healthy mix of freeze-dried kiwi, apple and banana. Crunchy and full of flavour, a delicious quick and easy way to get one of your five a day. Ideal for snacking, with a healthy kick of vitamins, minerals and fibre.

Vegan| Gluten Free| Natural| Organic

Lucy’s Dressings Classic House Salad Dressing – Vinaigrette

For lunch I always make myself a salad and add a nice dressing, so I was very pleased to have received this product in my box! This dressing is seriously delicious, it has a beautiful lemon flavour that will work well with many things. For a salad dressing I’m very impressed at the quality of ingredients and how amazing it tastes!

Vegan| Gluten Free| Dairy Free

Nutritionist’s Blend Fasting+ Sachet

Each sachet contains a tangy blend of healthy fats and foods rich in specific polyphenols. The blend works with how the body naturally fasts to resolve common side effects of fasting by promoting a shift towards using fat for fuel and protecting muscle mass.

Vegan| Gluten Free| Natural| Organic

Raw Halo Chocolate Bar – Dark Chocolate

I love Raw Halo chocolate, it is a brand that I am very familiar with. A little pricier than other chocolate bars but well worth the money for such great quality artisan chocolate. I know not many people like dark chocolate, but I do, so this did not last very long! A smooth, bitter and delicious bite sized treat!

Vegan | Gluten-free | Dairy-free| Organic | No refined sugar

Rollagranola Neanderthal Nibbles – Savoury Sweet Potato Granola

Granola is a staple product in my home and I eat it every day, so I was really looking forward to trying this out. Full of yummy crunchy nuts and seeds which make it a really tasty snack, the sweet potato doesn’t have a strong presence but complements the nuts nicely. Also great as a side dish to most lunches, and the perfect snack throughout the day.

Vegan| Cereal Free |Gluten Free| No Added Sugar

Splat Oral Care Biomed Super White Toothpaste with Coconut

I must say that after my first use my mouth and teeth felt exceptionally cleaner and fresher. I’m really impressed that it is fluoride free and is 99% natural. The toothpaste itself has a very pleasant flavour and I did notice that my teeth got whiter after a few days of daily use. It’s a really good product and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a natural whitening toothpaste!

Vegan| Fluoride-free

Suzero Low Sugar Snack Bar – Apple and Cinnamon

Apple and cinnamon is a classic flavour that goes hand in hand, so I was expecting this bar to be as nice as it sounds. Soft, chewy and delicious this bar is a great snack full of healthy natural ingredients and good flavours, and still tasty even though it has very little sugar added in it!

Vegan| Gluten Free| Natural| Dairy Free

Far Side Cold Brew – Peruvian

Coffee is not something that I drink as I don’t enjoy the taste, so my husband has the task of reviewing this on my behalf as he loves the stuff! Here’s what he said – smooth, strong and not too bitter this cold coffee drink went down a treat although it was odd drinking it cold as I usually like to drink my coffee hot. Great for on the go or poured over ice. I really like the bottle design and packaging too, as its quite eye catching.

Verdict

Another month and another fantastic box overflowing with products!
