Nectar And Bliss Review By Hayley – June 2018

First of all, I would like to say a huge thank you to Christine at Nectar and Bliss for giving me this beautiful box to review! It made me feel very special opening the box and finding the personalised card inside!

Nectar & Bliss was created with one simple goal in mind – to get women to slow down and focus on themselves…even if it’s just for a few minutes a day. As a women-owned business, they believe that daily self-care is an important part of reinvesting in yourself so that you can be your best self.

For them, self-care means not only looking good, but feeling good from the inside out. That’s why the subscription box doesn’t only feature beauty and skincare, but also wellness and lifestyle products that increase our overall well-being, whether that be a healthy snack or a beautiful summer scarf that makes us smile.

The products in each box are thoughtfully handpicked to support their mission of delivering a bit of well-deserved ‘me-time’ every 2 months with products that encourage restoration, wellness AND beauty. While they work with larger well-known brands, they also make it a priority to support smaller independent brands.

Nectar and Bliss source their products from all over Europe, giving the subscriber chance to try out products they normally wouldn’t. Although based in Sweden, Nectar and Bliss ship to all of Scandinavia and the rest of the European Union, including the UK.

Equa Rose gold and glass water bottle; from Slovenia

This stunning glass bottle was probably my favourite item of the box. Its stylish, ergonomically friendly with its easy to hold body, sturdy with a coordinating rubber base to prevent accidental spillages, and a beautiful rose gold screw top. I made a cold drink in the bottle and it stayed cold for ages because of the glass! This is also environmentally friendly as it will reduce the number of drinks in plastic bottles that I regularly buy.

Waterdrop Microdrink ‘Boost’; from Austria

I tried the microdrink capsules in my Equa bottle! A lovely subtle fruit flavour and makes water slightly sparkling too! I did feel more awake and alert after trying this drink, a must have for the summer!

This Works Perfect Heels Rescue Balm; from the UK

As a brand, This Works is amongst my favourites and most trusted, I have used several of their products previously. I gave my feet a good soak and slathered this balm all over my heels and feet. I awoke the next morning with the feet of a princess! Soft and supple skin and very few cracks remaining! An absolute staple of summer for me!

3inA The Lip Mask; from Spain

I haven’t had a chance to try out this lip mask as of yet, but I’m looking forward to its peachy smell which is nourishing, softening and contains a load of vitamin C to fight those smile lines! Cruelty, and paraben free, I cant wait for a chance to escape and indulge in a little me time!

3inA The Lip Oil Balm; from Spain

I’m not usually a person who uses lip balm, but was very keen to give this a try. Its very slightly tinted but not overly so, making it ideal for those ladies who love soft shiny lips without too much of a colour explosion. I used this overnight and must say my lips feel in far better condition!
