CC Beauty Review by Sam -April 2018

Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to CCBeauty for sending me this box to review.

In case you haven’t heard me rave about it (where have you been for the last year haha) CCBeauty send you gorgeous high end tears every month packaged in a sleek black box. You can expect to see brands such as Lancôme, Dior, YSL, Gucci, Too Faced, Nars, Benefit, Estée Lauder just to mention a few.

This is my most mentioned and go to box for makeup and I have never been disappointed yet. As mentioned all the products are higher end, good quality and samples are usually few and far between. I was super excited this month as it’s the 2nd anniversary edition!

This month it came packaged in a sleek black magnetic closure box and inside was black tissue paper hiding my gorgeous treats from me.

So What’s in the box! I can hear you all scream! Watch my unboxing here…

This month we had:

Benefit they’re real mascara black rrp £21.50

This has to be one of my all time favourite mascaras and I rarely find it on a decent offer. The formula and the unique brush make your lashes have a larger than life look with just one coat! Everyone needs this mascara in their life.

Estée Lauder Lisa Perry Pallet rrp £22

This retro designed pallet is from a limited collaboration you literally can not buy it on its own any more the best I have found is a set of 6 items for a whopping £120! The shades pack pigment and sparkle they are easy to blend and a joy to work with.

Make Up Forever Professional Angled Eyebrow Brush 270 rrp £20

This is a repeat but hey there is no such thing as to many brushes. The soft but firm angled tip means it’s perfect for brow work as well as eyeliner and for detail work on the eyes. A must have for any collection!

EX NIHILO Paris Bois D’HIVER 2ml Sample

This has a strong musky scent that dies down to a powdery finish it’s nice but not my kind of scent.

This I loved, I’m genuinely tempted to invest in the full size, it’s a fun floral feminine scent that wears well and lasts.

I love all products in this months edition and not a single one will be going up for swap! but I did feel like there was a huge hype around the second anniversary edition and was left feeling a bit light, maybe a lipstick would have added the bang the box needed?

This box is still so worth it though

The box is just £29.99!

And has a total RRP of £62

Giving you a saving of £32.50 (not including the samples)

How do I get it?
