BathBox Review by Sam – February 2018

Firstly can we all just take a second to appreciate how pretty that box is! I love the updated design. Secondly I would like to say a huge thank you to Ryan from BathBox for sending BoXession this box to review as well as our exclusive, discount code BBFEB be quick we only have 10 and they are going fast!!
This is hands down one of my favourite boxes of all time! Being a busy mum and lover of baths it’s just the treat I need each month, and the price is on point!
BathBox sends you 5 carefully curated treats each month to help you relax and unwind in the most luxurious way possible. The quality of the items included are outstanding and this is a box I truly get excited about every month. Don’t believe me check out my live unboxing here:

So what was in the loved up February edition?

Rose petal bomb
It’s not February without roses, am I right ladies?
This huge bomb made me feel like I was stepping into a bed of warm roses, perfect to beat those after valentines blues. I teamed this with flower shaped candles and my favorite glass of rosé. It was so luxurious having little petals floating around me why my stress, aches and pains fizzled away in my sensuous bath. It left me feeling blooming marvelous!

Baby powder bomb
This should totally be renamed Massive unicorn shimmer fresher than a baby’s bum Bomb! Ok that’s a bit of a mouthful but it totally deserves it. This bomb erupted in a sea of pink and blue shimmer swirls that conjoined into the most gorgeous purple and filled my home with the scent on baby powder. Hey who said feeling pampered and fresh was just for babies, the bath left me softer and sweeter smelling than a freshly powdered newborn.
2 x Love heart hand soaps
How cute are these (and they make perfect emoji eyes for how I feel about this box) not only that they come in a delicate rose and mouth-watering cherry scents. The perfect usable decor for February!

Luxury double chocolate soap
OMG I’m in love! This literally smells good enough to eat! The different colours smell like different chocolates white and dark.
I’ve gone to great lengths to hide this from the rest of the family (think a popular chocolate advert) and covert this as much as the real deal only this one is much better for my health.
Ginger and orange Aromatherapy salts
These reminded me of one of my favorite beverages (ginger beer and whisky). These were perfect after a long hard day doing spring cleaning and home renovations a long side my busy life.
The scent is so warming and comforting it feels like it’s healing you from within in the hot bath leaving me feeling revitalised the must have end to a hard day!

And a bonus item
Rose petal bath melt
I’ve had this before in a previous box and omg I love them so much. You pull the petals apart and let them drift on your bath. They melt away and leave the most gorgeous rose scent and baby pink water. I also like to top my bubbles with them (try it) it’s so luxe it’s unbelievable.
This is the 4th Bathbox I have reviewed and I must say each time it arrives I love it more! Roses, chocolates, hearts, relaxing baths and gorgeous scents… what more could a girl want in February? My daughter even has her own BathBox subscription and I’m not too sure who’s more excited each month to receive it.
The different themes each month are curated perfectly! you can tell the creators of BathBox love baths as much as I do, and I love baths, in fact I’m writing this in the bath right now hahaha.
The selection of different products is the perfect balance, and always work to enjoy Bathbox in different moods (for instance my coveted chocolate soap is now my go to shower wash) and the aromatherapy salts are perfect when you need that extra pick me up. I always get compliments from guests as well about how gorgeous my selection of soaps are, I swear they pop round more often now to try the new ones hahaha.
Before getting BathBox I wasn’t a huge hard soap fan, I thought they were boring and outdated and this box has totally converted me. There is not a liquid soap in sight now and my shower gel has become obsolete. I honestly love the lengths they go to, to find quirky, cute but also amazing products.
I honestly can’t see anyone disliking this box, other than the odd bath hater, Boooo! (Like how could anyone hate baths, confounds me)
As I said my daughter gets it so it’s perfect for the young and the old and makes the most amazing gift (Mother’s Day hint hint)
